
1. Purpose
This Partnership Policy defines the framework governing the collaboration between Hive Five SAAS Solutions and its authorised resellers (“the Partner”) to promote, market, and sell the Company’s SaaS products.
2. Partnership Objectives
- Expand the Company’s market presence through strategic reseller collaborations.
- Enable partners to generate sustainable revenue through transparent profit-sharing.
- Ensure consistent customer experience aligned with brand standards.
- Encourage partner growth through tier-based incentives and performance recognition.
3. Eligibility
To qualify as a reseller, a partner
- should be over 18 years of age.
- must hold at least a high school certificate or a graduation degree
- should have proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, affiliate marketing, or software reselling (preferred).
- Strong networking and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple, value-driven terms.
- Comfortable working independently, managing own schedules, and delivering measurable results.
- Basic understanding of sales CRM or tracking tools.
- Access to a laptop, reliable internet connection, and communication tools (email, Zoom, etc.).
- Pass Company’s due diligence and complete mandatory onboarding and product training.

4. Roles and Responsibilities
Company Responsibilities:
- Maintain software infrastructure, updates, and support systems.
- Offer pre-sales support , product demo and documentation.
- Handle billing and invoicing for SaaS subscriptions.
- Issue personalised discount codes under each reseller’s name or company to identify and credit their sales.
Reseller Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients or organizations that can benefit from Hive Five’s SaaS solutions.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote the company’s software products—highlighting features such as project management, HR, CRM, and billing tools—to prospective customers.
- Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication, relationship building, and tailored product demonstrations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
- Networking: Utilize personal and professional networks, social media platforms, and business communities to expand reach and generate new leads.
- Self-Branding and Representation: Represent the Hive Five brand professionally in all communications and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ethical practices, and pricing structures as part of the reseller agreement.
- Upselling & Retention: Encourage upgrades, renewals, and referrals to increase recurring revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.

5. Branding and Representation
- Resellers shall market the product under the Company’s brand name.
- Partners may not modify or misrepresent Company materials, pricing, or features without written approval.
- All client contracts are executed directly by the Company unless explicitly authorized otherwise.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary data, client information, and intellectual property according to GDPR and local data protection laws.
7. Support for Your Campaign.
To support your campaign, you will receive:
- A professional company webmail address
- Login access to our email marketing tool
- Comprehensive product training and demo sessions – you can access full product demos directly on our website, completely free of cost and without needing to sign up. This is designed to help prospective partners and clients understand our SaaS solutions with minimal barriers.
- Full product catalogues
- Discount codes personalized with your reseller name for your prospects
8. Earning Expections.
Realistic earning potential in our reseller program depends primarily on the number of employees working with each subscribing client. The larger the client organization, the greater the amount of recurring earnings, as our model rewards resellers for each active user and continued engagement.
8. Termination
The partnership may be terminated with a 30-day written notice if either party:
- Breaches contractual obligations.
- Engages in unethical or fraudulent practices.
- Fails to meet performance objectives for two consecutive quarters.
Upon termination, the reseller will cease all promotional activities and transfer any client accounts to the Company in good faith.
Profit Sharing Model for SaaS Resellers
1. Overview
The profit-sharing model is designed to fairly compensate resellers while promoting long-term growth and customer retention. It follows a transparent revenue-sharing framework based on performance tiers.
2. Revenue Sharing Models

3. Payment Terms
- Commissions are calculated on net revenue (excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks).
- Commission payments shall be issued within seven (7) days following the effective date of the customer’s subscription activation, each month.
- Payments are issued on monthly basis.
- Refunds or cancellations within 30 days will void the associated commission.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust payout schedules during pricing updates or major releases.
4. Dispute Resolution
All financial disputes or contract breaches will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per the governing business jurisdiction.
5. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Company’s registered jurisdiction, India, without conflict of law principles.
An agreement letter will be sent to you on your registered email address post training cum orientation.
