No Refund Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, and payments made to Hive Five Solutions for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions are non-refundable. By subscribing to our services, clients acknowledge and agree that all fees and charges assessed by Hive Five Solutions are final.
Scope of Policy
This no refund policy applies to all subscription plans, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and add-on services provided by Hive Five Solutions. Once payment is received, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service, unused features, account downgrades, or cancellation of an active subscription.
Exceptions
Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law, or if a technical defect in our service, confirmed by our support team.
Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and customers will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation, but amounts already paid will not be refunded.
